If player leaves a casual match incorrectly because of error (game crash, memory overflow, disconnection), it's 90% to me that his place would stay vacant for the rest of a match. He can't reconnect (because it's casual) and yet no new players appear even if score is 0:0. If another player leaves after that, his slot would be filled in couple of seconds, but that initial 'crushed' person remains empty.
It is super annoying. I don't know how Siege checks the amount of people in squad, but it does it wrong.

Thanks for reaching out and apologies about the delay in getting back to you.

It does not look like this issue has been brought up I believe, therefore is there any possibility you could kindly provide us with video footage showing this?

Hey KABE-KAKABE, thanks for providing that information and video clip.

I have not heard this issue being mentioned before either.

To gather as much info as possible could I ask you the following -

- What region do you play in and are you using a VPN?
- Who is your ISP?
- How many friends do you have on your team when this happens?
- Does this happen only in casual? Have you been able to test the other modes too?
- Does it occur on any map?
- When did you first start noticing this happening in game such as a date and time? Was it after a certain update?

If you can get back to me on the above, I will happily pass this onto our game team to investigate! Thank you.

Thank you for getting back to us with this information, this has been very helpful with our investigation. As it turns out we are aware of this, but I will need to ask you a few more questions to clarify.

When the players have dropped out of the match, as well as in the match, has this also happened in the lobby before the match has started, so the match begins without the full 10 players right at the start?

When this happens in a match, did you previously cancel a ranked queue at the moment the blue bar appears on the top of the menus?

Thanks for answering my last few questions, because of your answers I believe this is a separate issue to one that has already been reported.
