If player leaves a casual match incorrectly because of error (game crash, memory overflow, disconnection), it's 90% to me that his place would stay vacant for the rest of a match. He can't reconnect (because it's casual) and yet no new players appear even if score is 0:0. If another player leaves after that, his slot would be filled in couple of seconds, but that initial 'crushed' person remains empty.
It is super annoying. I don't know how Siege checks the amount of people in squad, but it does it wrong.
