Hello! I have a constant fps drop on any settings. I have tried the following but nothing helps: Reinstall the video driver, restart the Internet options, repair the game, reinstall the game, clean boot,windows is up to date and many more.....CPU-13700KF, GPU- Asus Tuf 6800 16GB OC,16GB Ram 3200mhz. If the issue persists after that, would you be able to send us your system files in a new case ? Here's how to do so :

@ArrakiSS Sorry that those steps did not help! I can see that you have submitted a case regarding this issue with your DxDiag file. Would you mind also uploading your MSInfo to the case as well? In the meantime, there are some more troubleshooting steps we can try. Please make sure both launchers and the game are installed on the same drive (preferably your OS/C drive) and then clear your Ubisoft Connect cache. Note that if you’re over 90% capacity on the hard drive you’ve installed the game on, the game will have difficulty running in an optimized state. I would also suggest checking out our FAQ on how to prevent software conflicts. Once we have that MSInfo, we can take a closer look into what could be causing this issue to happen. Thanks!
