I have my twitch prime account on my right ubisoft account and ive restarted my game multiple times but i didnt recieved the twitch prime pack for ying yet.

If you never played an EA game before it should prompt you to create an account. You can always log into Help.EA.com using your Xbox credentials and it should definitely prompt you for account creation. If not, click on Accounts at the top and then "change email." You'll see the email that is registered to the EA account that has your Xbox Gamertag linked up.
