When playing for almost 2 years now on pc, and I was still level 36, you can just tell by that I'm horrible at this game. Yet I got banned for cheating. Makes sense right?
I tried to appeal the ban, but I got denied a release form it. I have never, and would never cheat on any game. Yet I can no longer play with any of my friends after paying full price for this game, and buying in game currency to get new operators. So I want my money back. This is nothing but a long con on Ubisoft's side. Banning all these innocent people due to a flaw in their system. forcing them to never play again, lose everything they have worked for in game, and bought in game. Or make a new account and Re-Buy all of these items. So I want a full $30 refund of the game. And a refund on all there purchases I have made on this PC or R6 Tokens. This is ridiculous and absurd that people day by day are getting banned for no good reason, and given no details given to why because, " We are not able to share any further details with you concerning your ban in order to maintain the integrity of our internal systems." Ok Ubisoft. You cant give me a reason onto why you banned me, after i payed for the right to play their game, and even spent money on in game items. Ridiculous. I want a full refund!
