I have also seen your post in the Steam forums just now, thanks for letting us know you were able to resolve this issue by logging out of both Steam and Ubisoft Connect, closing the launcher, then relaunching and logging back in with the correct accounts.

Have you tried logging out of both Steam and Ubisoft Connect, closing the launcher, then relaunching and logging back in with the correct accounts to test if that helps you as well? If it does not, please create a support ticket with our team with your Steam proof of purchase and your Steam ID along with your launcher logs and our teams will be happy to take a look further!
