I have bought r6 credits a week ago, I still haven't received them. I contacted ubisoft support and them put me through with the support team after having 4 chats and have lost connection for most of them.

The support team have not responded to me or any other ubisoft member after they me through with them. I'm kinda feeling worried that I'm not being treated.

Hi xKarne! I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your credits in Rainbow Six Siege yet. These purchases may take up to 24 hours to appear in-game, so please give the transaction enough time to finalize on all ends. Then, if you still have not received your credits after that time has passed, please grab an uncropped PC screenshot of the credits in your Steam Purchase History and upload it in a case to our team. They would be more than happy to provide additional assistance. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!

We aim to respond to all cases opened with our support team within 48 hours when possible, but occasionally this can take a longer amount of time if we there is a spike in players contacting us via our Live Chat, Email, Twitter and Facebook platforms.
