Apologies for any confusion with our response to your case.

We advise players to refer to the forum for updates when available, this doesn't necessarily mean we have created a post on the back of your case as for mass, under investigation issues, one tends to already be available and we're already actively providing updates.

As we're a little behind here due to the volume of contacts, we haven't yet been able to collate all reports into one thread, but this will be coming over the coming days and any news will be shared there when it is available.

I hope this makes things clearer.

In the meantime, our investigation remains ongoing.
