[2019] Why cant I find a game in anything other than casual?

I'm having the problem with everything but casual, I currently don't have a rank (I'm new), I'm from America, and the time varies from day to day sometimes it'll be in the morning and sometimes late at night.

Does requeuing after a few minutes help at all? Are you solo or in a group?

I'm always solo, I've tried requeuing but it just doesn't ever find a game
