Hey I've seen multiple threads on missing DLC but i wanted to get my issue out there as well.

I have several Pro League Sets that I'm able to download but i do not ever receive the content in my inventory. I'm playing on PS4/PS5, i have the PS5 version but when i go to manage content it doesn't even let me download any DLC, I'm getting "something went wrong Error Code CE-107924-3" So what i've had to do is download the PS4 version as well which is when i receive the prompt to download additional content. I'm able to get all DLC downloaded this way but I've noticed that several content packs are not available to me even doing that, the ones I'm having trouble with are listed below and i can't see content on PS4 or PS5.


  • Pro League Ash Set
  • Pro League Mute Set
  • Pro League Bandit Set
  • Pro League Frost Set


Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this content to be playable or is this something only UBISOFT can help with? Either way I'd really like to enjoy the content i paid for.

Hi DementedProdigy! I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Thank you for providing this detail regarding the missing content! My first recommendation would be to rebuild your console's database. This process acts like a computer disk defragmenter and will not affect your save data, so it's a great process to try to see if it helps resolve the CE error code you mentioned. If that does not help and you do not see anything in your add-ons, please create a ticket at support.ubi.com. Our technical support team would be more than happy to investigate this further with you and see why this content is not appearing. You can let me know your case number once ti has been created. Then, I deleted the downloads, rebuilt, restored, then installed the DLC and still no luck in game. My case # is 14181026. Thank you for your help!!

I've had a look at your case and can see exactly what you're referring to.

Taking into consideration that you've managed to install it by using PS4 version, I would like to ask you to provide us with full and uncropped screenshots in your case, showing the following:

1. Your Pro League content installed (Ash, Mute, Frost and Bandit sets) on PS5
2. That exact content missing in-game

Once images are attached to the case, we will have a look and take it from there.
