[2020] No sound on ai guns shooting

I have contacted uplay several times about when in multiplayer the ai guns make no sounds when firing. All we can hear is the bullets hitting around us. They have gone as far as stating that it must me a hardware issue on our end. Funny its 2 different computers and have the same problem. Does anyone else have this issue? If you are having the same problem, make sure to open a support ticket and maybe the kids doing the programming will get their acts togather and fix the issue.

I have already uploaded this 2 times and they still say its my problem. I played solo today and the gun firing sounds were normal but when played in multiplayer my friend and i have the same issue. No guns firing but the sound of the bullets flying by and hitting around us
