My game is crashing at the start of matches. Not every time but I would say about 30%. If its ranked/unranked I can restart the game and reconnect and it works fine. It also rarely happens in between rounds on the operator selection screen. Not sure if this info is helpful but my audio always glitches a few seconds before a crash. Also if the crash happens in-between rounds some of the operator images will not show up (not all of them but normally just 1 or 2 are missing). Also this is the steam version of the game if that helps.

I have tried all the steps I can find online (verifying files, disabling overlays, etc.)

Anyone have any fixes?

Hello! Sorry to hear you're facing this crashing issue.

I'm not familiar with all of these symptoms together and it doesn't appear to be a known issue. We can try some more in-depth troubleshooting to get this resolved.

First of all, please double check to make sure you have tried all of these steps: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000061047

Disabling background application is one of the best steps to try.

Please also list your PC specifications, as well as the driver version you have installed.

Finally, please let me know if this issue affect the Directx11 API, Vulkan API, or both.

Thank you!

Hey no problem Radioactive6__9, thanks for the confirmation and happy to hear this, let us know if anything changes?

Hello Jager_luvs_u, your issue sounds more to do with your rather then computer itself, could you try all of the following steps in this guide for me? - https://ubi.li/YPwnl

If you run into any trouble with the steps, please let us know and we will do our best to advise, you can also contact your network provider for help in setting up port forwarding on your router, we also have a separate guide for this.

Can I also check, have you tried connecting to different data centres before? Are you currently connected to your default location? We have a guide showing steps how to find this out here -

It may be worth connecting to different data centres after trying our troubleshooting steps, to see if you can get a better connection, connected to a different server.
