The holiday pack is supposed to give you a character you didn't own. Instead it gave me frost, someone who I have had for years. Thought it was a display bug, but I checked, I did not receive an operator I didn't previously own.

@jogna22 Hi there, sorry to hear you received a duplicate operator! Could you please let me know how you first acquired Frost, as well as show me a screenshot of your owned operators?
