I am curious if theres any plans to continue work on the RFF and Team Killing issues.
By now it should be common knowledge that both are exploited nearly every game by toxic players to the detriment of the other players in the game. I saw that Vote to Kick will be removed from Quick Match due to the abuse of the feature by toxic players so I am hopeful that this may be an indicator that Ubisoft is finally prioritizing the issues of toxicity in game.
For reference, some of the issues with RFF and Team Killing that I'm referring to include but are not limited to:
-Intentionally killing or injuring a teammate.
-using explosive gadgets or other gadgets (such as Smokes poisonous gas gadget) to team kill even with RFF active
-utilizing a teammates RFF to force them to kill themselves by intentionally entering their line of fire or running into their lethal gadgets upon use/detonation.
-Friends playing together can gang up on teammates to team kill and grief further exploiting the previously mentioned methods. This particular method is completely impossible to defend against and happens pretty frequently.
-The RFF system currently functions as a Free Team Kill system. It effectively guarantees that you can intentionally team kill someone one time per match with absolutely no penalty. That means pretty much every match has intentional team killing at some point in the game.
-sometimes, when friends play together, they will intentionally team kill each other without voting to activate RFF allowing them to team kill repeatedly to the detriment of the team.

These are the top issues that come to mind right now. Feel free to comment more if you have experienced them.

Again, my hope is these problems will be taken seriously and that something will finally be done to fix the issue. Its been 5 years. We really need this to end so we can actually play the game we purchased without concern of how another player will ruin the experience.

We have forwarded feedback on this to the game team previously but we aren't able to share any news on changes to it, as we don't have that information from the dev team.

Whenever something is planned for a change like that, it would be posted on the R6 news site.
