The issue is that when playing, buts of geometry seem to cut through the entire map, going through walls, floors, and rooms. When playing, these bits of geometry can't be interacted with, but still block sight. They only show up when looking in some directions, not all, and sometimes changing position or ADS will cause them to go away/appear.

I already re-downloaded the entire game, which didn't solve the issue. Any other solutions?

Hello! We will do our best to help with this.

It doesn't seem to be related to damaged game files considering you re-installed the game.

I believe a video to present the issue will be necessary, as otherwise it's difficult to get an understanding of what you're seeing. Would a link to a video be possible please?

Please also provide me with your system specifications (CPU, graphics card, RAM size and operating system).

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try in the meantime -

- Clean install graphics cards drivers
- Disable background apps

Thank you!

Hey PluralHorse55, thanks for your response and provided video footage - it perfectly illustrates what you're referring to there.

As a follow up to previous Ubi-Raziel's request, would it be possible for you to provide us with your specs?

Additionally, may I also double-check the following:

1. I can see you've stated that issue occurs when you're looking at a certain direction - could you advise us if this happens in every single game you play? Also, is it possibly the case where the game works fine for some time however eventually it leads to these graphic distortions?
2. Are you using Vulkan or DX API? Depending on the one you use, have you tried playing with another one to see if issue persists?
3. Have you tried tweaking your video settings in-game to lower ones, just to see if that makes any difference?

Let us know and we will take it from there!
