I get on and there is no error code, it just takes me to the main menu. I cant connect to anything (any playlist, store, etc.) Ive tried updating windows, making sure the game is allowed via my firewall, and reinstalling the game completely. Ive never had this issue before

I'm sorry to hear that, hopefully we can get to the bottom of exactly what's causing this. Can I first of all request that you attempt any steps you haven't yet attempted here please? Once those are complete if the issue is still present then we'll need to get a support case open for you so we can dig a little deeper into what the root cause might be.

You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

Once that case is open can I also please request the following files are attached to it:

MSInfo
DxDiag
Launcher Logs
Screenshot(s) of your port forwarding configuration as described in our connectivity troubleshooting.
