Hi,

I'm having an issue with ADSing within the game where the game will pull me out of aiming down sights and back into hip fire, sometimes going straight back into aiming down sights immediately afterwards, this is an issue as it throws my aim off and makes firing the gun less accurate. I'm pretty sure this is a "siege" issue as I have played other games and this is not an issue (the game not registering right mouse click being pressed down). I have looked online for answers and therefore I have tried playing the game on borderless - still does nothing to stop the issue and have even tried resetting my PC to factory settings and still got the bug. I have the latest NVIDIA graphics card drivers and am using a Razer Lancehead wireless mouse. I have also tried putting the USB that connects my mouse to the computer in a different port and still doesn't help.

Thanks.

Hello Davillicious, thanks for posting about this issue, I believe I have heard of this same issue from another player recently.

What weapons have you noticed this affecting? Have you been able to thoroughly test each operators main and secondary weapon to see which ones this behaviour affects?

Can I also ask if you are running the latest driver for your Razer Lancehead mouse using the Razer Synapse 3 software? - https://www.razer.com/gb-en/downloads

Finally can I also ask you which version of Siege are you using Vulkan or DirectX and do you have any programs running in the background that could be interfering such as hardware monitors or RGB lighting etc? This list details some of the more well known programs known to cause conflicts with our games, if you can disable them before launching Siege this may help with this issue in case other programs are interfering with the mouse.

5.) I have ran the game on both Vulkan and Direct X and the issue occurs on both

This is a recent issue, i have played the game for about a year now with the same mouse and the issue has only started in the past month or so.
Also I have discovered that if i hold the right click mouse button closer to the scroll button instead of in the middle or closer to the edge of the mouse the issue does not happen - its more an inconvenience as if i but my finger anywhere but near the scroll button it bugs out.

Thanks
Hey Davillicious,

Thank you for getting back to us!

Sorry for the delay in our response!

As per Milky's suggestion, have you attempted disabling any of these additional programs to check if they're interfering at all?

Thank you!
