Hi scarface2277! I'm sorry to hear that this happened. First, please keep in mind that Support is not able to adjust rank, restore lost ranked points, or revert penalties of any kind. Moving forward, I would be more than happy to get this reported for you. How often does this happen? Were you previously in the queue for a ranked match, then left before finding a match?
