After checking your accounts and Uplay, I've added the test server for Siege to on the following players accounts -

Adissap0intment

Steidus

Beefy_TaxPayer

devilhunter3273

RomarinhO

I can confirm that the TTS will only be visible during active TTS phases.

Therefore you should be able to see and access the TTS as soon as a new test phase starts.
