The Frost Raptor charm is a reward for reaching 3 confirmed bugs through the R6Fix program. There has been no announcement that this initiative has been stopped.
This is different to the incentive program announced during the Year 7 reveal which rewards alpha packs.
My account is eligible for the reward (I have 7 total confirmed/fixed bugs) and I have not received the charm. I have spent over a month back and forth with Ubisoft Support without any actual resolution. I even had the dev team on R6Fix direct me to ask support for help, since the dev team apparently cannot grant the charm - surely they would've just said the charm is unavailable now if it wasn't available?
From my understanding, the charm requires a code received via email, yet I have waited and not received the code.
All I ask is for confirmation on whether the charm is actually still available or not. And if so, just for it to be granted to my account.
