Hello,
I got my PS5 almost half a year ago and can´t play R6 with the PS5 Version because of one nasty bug.
When I fire some single bullets with any weapon the weapon stops firing after like 2 bullets and I need to wait like 10 seconds till I fire the next bullet or I need to switch weapons. Which is both pretty bad in a fight.
At first I thought my controller got some problems and bought a new controller some time ago, the new red controller, but the problem wasn´t solved at all.

I hope someone can help me or at least this bug gets recognized by ubisoft.

@sibus-22

Hey there.

That's a strange issue and one that I don't believe has been reported to us yet. Does this same issue occur both wired and using bluetooth connections? Would you be able to provide us with a video demonstrating this we could take a look at? I understand that it's not the easiest thing to capture so we appreciate your efforts if this is something you're able to provide. Thanks.

Hello @sibus-22 thank you for that description and what you think may be the cause.

If you can record a comparison video in a training mode with each console, upload it using the share button to either Twitter or Youtube that would be great.

Another thing that may be very helpful would be a photo or screenshot of your in game settings for the controller, showing any sensitivity options.

As ubi-orion said, this has not been reported to us with the haptic feedback controller before, the more information and evidence we can get, the better for our Siege QA team to try and reproduce.

That is brilliant @sibus-22 those two videos illustrate the issue perfectly, thank you for recording those clips for us.

I have created an investigation into this issue for our Siege QA team to take a look at.

I have a feeling they may ask me to retrieve your in-game control set up, in the form of a screenshot of your controller settings and sensitivity settings, from the in-game menu.

If you could please post a screenshot of these settings in the thread, that would be very helpful to our investigation, so that we may copy your settings exactly, to see if this also occurs for us as well on PS5.

Hello @sibus-22 I have an update from our game team, they were not able to recreate this issue on a PS5 controller when using multiple Operators and multiple weapons.

Are you able to send us a video clip or photo of your in-game controller and sensitivity settings by any chance, so we can match them, then test this again?
