Hi Drake_Paul214! I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this may have caused. Anytime a player leaves a match, even inadvertently, the automatic abandonment system takes place and issues a temporary ban along with a renown/rank penalty. Even in a queue, there is a point where -- if left -- a player can still receive the penalty. Since Support does not control this system, we are not able to remove or revert penalties or temporary bans of any kind. My apologies for that! I would still be more than happy to pass your thoughts on the system along to the relevant teams for you.
