It's the 3rd time now i get disconnected from a game, even though i have the best internet on the market, and when i click reconnect i get banned. So now it's a 24 hour ban. I seen another post like it and support were telling him to reconnect but thats the point. We try to reconnect but we get banned for abandon instead. Please do something, i dont want to get perma banned and i hate quick play.

Hi @monkey1gg, I'm sorry to hear you've experienced this.

Are you the only one in the match being disconnected? If so, I recommend completing our basic connectivity troubleshooting steps.

If you're being disconnected along with the rest of your lobby, we'd like to investigate this further. Please reach out through one of the following support channels and let us know your account username, the time and match ID for affected matches, and which server you're playing on.

Thanks for submitting that to us. This is an ongoing and active investigation so as a result we're not able to provide any timeframe or ETA on any resolution I'm afraid.
