Hey PreAcher! Did the drops end up coming through?

Are you still receiving notifications in Twitch for your drops?

If so, they should be deposited into your account over the coming days.

Thanks for reaching out there.

As it stands, if you do not receive any notification from Twitch then that will mean that you either did not sign up or did not watch the stream long enough. Taking into consideration that you have received your rewards from Phase One, this most likely indicates an issue with viewing time.

I had a closer look at your account and can see that you have indeed watched Phase 2 as well and there are more packs allocated in your account.

Please note that there is currently ongoing investigation regarding packs not appearing despite receiving notification via Twitch, therefore please bear with us in the meantime whilst our team is actively working towards the resolution.
