Hello!

Not sure when it started, since I have not played for like 2 weeks before update, but nowadays I only get 170+ ping in my games (constantly, stable, from 170-185). Before that I used to have ping at around 50ms. I have already tried changing servers from EUW to EUN, but ping issue is present there as well. I have met one guy in the games I have played so far that had the same issue, but no else. The same ping is present in both main menu (you can see it in options) and in game.

This does not happen to me with other online games I play (in particular League of Legends), where I constantly have around 50ms of ping.

Please let me know what information should I provide if it is somehow issue only on my side and whether Ubisoft is aware of this issue. Currently cannot play game at all in this state.

Thank you in advance.

Hey, SitaNVGS!

Sorry to hear that you are receiving higher pint than normal. Can you confirm which platform you are playing on please?

I reported it but it needs 10/10 to be confirmed...
Hey! Awesome suggestion to contribute to this. We do always ask that basic connectivity troubleshooting is complete so we can rule out your connection.

This is a known issue that is being investigated at the moment.

I am afraid we do not have any compensation that we can offer at this time. If compensation was to be offered it would be sorted by the Siege team directly.

Once again I am thankful for the confirmation that the Siege team is aware of the issue. Also, issue on R6Fix already has 9 of 10 reproductions, so hopefully it will be also recognized there. It seems like problem is limited to R6: Siege and few ISP providers.
Hopefully, it will not take too long to get fixed.

Hello everyone,

Sorry you seem to be experiencing higher ping than usual after the latest update.

As well as running through the usual connectivity steps to help improve you ping and connectivity -

PS4 - https://ubi.li/12soI
XB1 - https://ubi.li/dy5LX
PC - https://ubi.li/YPwnl

Previously we noticed that enabling Vsync 2 Frame in the settings would decrease the ping. In some cases disabling Vsync returned the ping to normal.

Please also make sure you have updated your GPU drivers too as Nvidia released an update today.

Let us know how you get on after trying these steps.

If you happen to know which data centre you are connected to Siege with, you can check your Ping score on this website whilst running the game, to monitor anty improvements after trying our troubleshooting steps -

Hello denvx. Im sorry these steps did not seem to help you.

You have an excellent ping on your computer, what platform is it are you playing on?

Your internet connection speed seems fine but your connection to our server must be affected. Do you know what data centre you are connected to you can check this if you are a PC player? Also what area do you live in please?
