Quick feedback on the Road to SI 2020 event and the new Premium track for the Battle Pass. I support Pro League/competitive through purchases of Pro League Sets, Team Kits, and the SI 2019 event, but I don't play PvP at all. Reasons are not relevant to this discussion. With a portion of the Road to SI 2020 set locked behind a play wall in PvP, I have a huge disincentive to purchase the Premium Battle Pass track - and have, in fact, not done so. On the other hand, I would happily buy the entire collection via paid packs or some other means to increase the prize pool.

Is there any way you guys can support the Battle Pass and someone like me who wants to contribute but not play PvP? Just a thought...

Hey eXellius! Thanks for sharing your opinion on the Battle Pass and Road to SI event. The only workaround I can currently think of is you can purchase all of the tiers of the Battle Pass with R6 Credits. I don't entirely remember how many R6 Credits the entire pass costs, but you can select however many tiers you want to unlock and it should tell you.
I'm sorry to hear that you do not like playing in PvP though! If you are willing to explain your reasoning, you can either make a reply here or open a new thread to discuss it.

My understanding from watching the promotional materials was that purchasing the Premium Battle Pass gave you something like the first 10-12 tiers, then you had to earn the rest by playing. If you can unlock all Premium tiers with R6 credits, then that would accomplish what I was asking about. And to confirm, 30% of the entire amount I spend on R6 credits would contribute to the prize pool?
There is the option to boost to the first 12 tiers, but you can also select how many tiers you'd like to unlock with R6 Credits as well. And yes!

I would enjoy playing a Premium Battle Pass for PvE, but I also don't mind helping build the prize pool by purchasing the content. Watching competitive play is the cheapest form of entertainment I enjoy (certainly good entertainment), so I don't mind at all investing in its future. It's a drop in the bucket compared to what the rest of my family spends on entertainment!
We sincerely appreciate your support! I am a huge fan of pro-league as well and super excited to watch the finals of SI.
