[2020] Some recruit players have an acog on their dmr, some don't, what is goin on Ubi?

I was playing siege with my friend, we both went recruit dmr, my friend got an acog, I got a holo, what is going on?

It was an option on the TTS for a bit, but it is not available in the Live build at this time.

Hey Mister! Do you have any screenshots of this from a newer vs older account? This shouldn't be a relevant issue, so I'm curious.
