I had problems cross progress in the Rainbow Six Siege game from my Xbox account to my PC account. I followed all the steps that were requested, such as linking my Xbox account to the pc. However, even so far I have not been able to access Xbox content on my pc account. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

Hi there @Mudin @Tras-Ego thank you for your patience. This issue has been reported on the thread here. Per the answer from Ubi-Milky could you both please:

  1. Check if your PC and console accounts are linked correctly to your Ubisoft Account, by visiting our account manager website and scrolling down to the 'linked account's section >>https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information
  2. If everything is all linked up correctly please open a support case and provide our teams with as much of the information below as you can:


  • What exactly you are missing? (If you can also let us know how you received each item and when (exactly or roughly), that would be helpful too (e.g. renown/pack, on/around 5th Dec 22).) 
  • From which platform was the missing content originally on that should have synced?
  • Did you link your corresponding platform before or after the release of the season? (06-Dec-2022)
  • If you have recently unlinked or re-linked any accounts to your Ubisoft account. If so, which one(s)? 
  • Usernames and email addresses of all Ubisoft accounts you own, and specify which one you are wanting to have all the content on.
