I have this same problem on two different systems, my mouse stutters, when I move it from one side to the other it jumps across multiple pixels making it nearly impossible to aim accurately. I get the impression it's not an issue on my side but then again I have seen no other people have this problem unsolved. No fixes have worked for me.
