Vulkan will attempt to launch from steam and will cancel the launch after the mini r6 screen comes up. Everything has been reinstalled (steam, uplay and siege (twice)). All my drivers are up to date (GPU, monitor, windows, kbm, you name it). Everything is running as administrator. Temp files are cleared. No background services, only Microsoft services enabled confirmed. Tried messing with .ini game settings file, didn't work so I deleted it, reverified integrity of the files, still nothing. I just don't get it. DX11 works fine, but I heavily prefer Vulkan and can notice the difference.
