[2021] [Bug/Glitch]MMR Gain/Loss Glitched

Hello Dr.Kashie, thank you for posting about the MMR you have received after playing your 10 rank placements.

This MMR amount is currently under investigation by the Siege team to understand if this is intended for certain players. When we have more news on this, we will be sure to post an update in the forum. We are unable to fix this MMR amount at a players request but hopefully we will have a resolution to this issue soon or everyone.

Hi Ubi-Milky. I really appreciate your response. My issue still persists and its extremely frustrating. In 4th match i got 100 MMR gain. But in 5th match i got -25. MMR gain/loss went straight to 25 from 100. So here's the context. I got kicked out of match in operator ban phase. And i couldnt rejoin. No matter how many times i tried. I couldnt rejoin because of Connection Failure. Error Code: 4-0xFFF0BE25. So i got an abandon. Thats where the bug/glitch started or happened. I would simply request you to soft reset my MMR. Just like it was two days ago. I have played less than 15 matches.

I can completely understand the frustration of inconsistent MMR and your request for it to be reset.

This kind of issue is fully handled by our dev team. They will first work to resolve the issue and then once resolved, we will see what we can do to fix the MMR differences

As Ubi-Milky also explained above, this is not something we can do on an individual basis, but we will pursue fixing this for all players.
