I'm sorry to hear that you received a temporary ban after the degradation of the Rainbow Six: Siege servers. These penalities are issued server side by an automated system and cannot be overturned. Lifting sanctions is something we have never been able to do for players affected by disconnections, it is solely controlled by the game.
