[2020] Suspicious Activity?

I've just bought some R6 credits via my steam wallet, i had already bought some to get the elite skin for fuze and i was hoping to do it again to get the elite skin for Kapkan, i bought 600 and then 1200 and only on the second time i noticed the screen said suspicious activity, i really just want to know how i've been flagged for suspicious activity and how i can get my R6 credits.
