My Rainbow six siege PC account was banned permanently for something I didn't do I wont mention anything here because everything is mentioned in the case. After my main account got banned I started playing on other accounts and they got banned for the same reason. Ive made tickets for every account for one of the account they said that the ban is valid and wont be overturned and now there are 4 other accounts including this one that they have no replied to at all its been 3 weeks now for this account which im contacting from its written Escalated on my case but they have no emailed me anything this is my Ticket number : 14495062 If I update the case they tell me to refrain from updating it I dont know if this is an official forum because I really want my account back Ive had this account for 4 years and a lot of money has been spent to it and I got permanently banned for something I didnt do and even my friends accounts got banned for the same reason im trying to get them back but no reply on them either its just Escalated case.

Hi Ergin! After further review of the ticket number you provided, I can assure you that your case is already escalated with the correct department for further investigation and handling. Due to the amount of cases our teams have coming in on a daily basis, it can sometimes take longer than normal to receive a response. I understand this can be frustrating, but as soon as our team has some new information regarding your ban, they will be sure to update you accordingly.
