[2021] Can i keep forever my skins on both ps4 and pc version ?

I am sorry if my question was a bit confusing, so i can now feel free to buy the season pass on my ps4 and if i ever play on pc again then i decide to play again on ps4, i won't lose all my operators and skins bought with renowns or r6 credits..
I have level 98 on season pass and i had decided that if i will make level 100/100 then i will buy the pass.
Elite, sometime in summer or spring.
