So I took a few month break from rainbow six a while ago. When I came back the two factor authentication was there. I thought, fair enough it makes sense, so I complete it on my phone. I relaunch the game as instructed and it still says I can't play ranked till I fix it. I retry it with the email and it still doesn't work. I think the problem is that when it tells my I have to log in again with the code it doesn't prompt me to enter it. Just my password. I enter my password and get into the sight. It literally says I completed it but it won't register in game. I tried filling a bug report but I have to submit some file that I can't find that has my specs. Does anyone know a fix?

As it stands, there is a visual issue in-game that may show as if no 2-FA is enabled however our development team is already aware of this and are actively investigating.
