My game would crash while in a match for seemingly no reason I would change graphics settings or other stuff to reduce workload from siege and it would crash it used to take up 70% of my cpu usage but it's stopped doing that now I've tried many fixes none of which have fixed it I even went to a pc shop to fix just general problems ad they couldn't do anything about it even with how long it takes I really just want to fix this.
My specs are:
CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU:Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 2 sets of 2x4GB 2400mhz
Storage: 1 M.2 SSD with 550GB, 1 2.5" SSD with 1TB and 1 3.5" HDD with 1TB
PSU: 550W Fully Modular
Motherboard: AsRock Steel Legend B450M
If you require anymore information do ask I will try to check this thread everyday for any progress made.

Hey,

Sorry to hear the game crashes. Do you get a specific error message when it does? Or does the game freeze?

First of all, I would suggest to try the steps found here.

Hey! Thank you for getting back to us, and apologies for the delay.

Intermittent issues are certainly the most difficult to troubleshoot, as you don't know instantly whether the steps have worked. Crashing issues are also difficult to narrow down, but I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of it.

We will do our best to offer you suggestion, however we will need to know a bit more about your PC setup.

Your system specifications look fine to me, I'm sure this is not related to the issue.

Please provide us with the following system files by adding them to a support ticket -

- MsInfo: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21216/
- DxDiag: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21185/

Please then comment the case number here, and we will review your system files for you. With this we may be able to find conflicting software, error messages, or perhaps outdated drivers / installations.

Thank you very much!

If I have any more problems I shall come back to this thread and check the advice again and then I will make a new one I suppose seeing as this one will probably get closed off. Thank You!
No worries, either come back to the thread, or use the live chat option or you can also private message us on Twitter or Facebook if you prefer, and we can link that chat into a support ticket.
