For some reason, ingame, none of the 16 agents that DELUXE PROMOTES, are Unlocked, they are totally blocked, only Hibana Frost, Caveira Capitao Buck BlackBeard Valkirye and Echo. STILL 8 AGENTS BLOCKED OF THE 16, I bought trough steam btw.
WHY ????? WHY THEY ARE BLOCKED???
