Right now im incredibly frustrated with ubisoft. I can't play 2 games without the game crashing. Most of the time, it crashes at the end of game when the mvp is shown and all the players line up. When it crashes, the game freezes for several seconds, and the audio also freezes. After about 10 seconds, i am welcomed by my desktop and a very helpful crash report tab which has clearly been VERY useful, since over 30 crash reports wasnt enough to do a damn thing about the problem. I am using a slight cpu oc, and a slight gpu oc. The temps are well below concerning. Here are full specs:
i7 2600k 4.3 ghz
Asus p8z68 v pro gen3
16gb ram
Sapphire pulse rx 580 1400mhz core clock and 2200mhz mem clock
500w psu
If any of you have any help, PLEASE HELP. All of the threads on google is just ubisoft giving generic advice that never fixes anything. Dont say verify integrity of game files or do a reinstall, as i have already verified integrity several times and done clean installs of r6s, steam, and uplay a few times. My drivers are up to date and no external tasks taking the cpu or memory.

Hey Cygenta,

I believe you have posted in the wrong forum.

I have moved this to the Rainbow Six support thread.

Hey Zephoxz,

Not a problem. Please let us know how you get on with support. Another member of the forum suggested under clocking their GPU as a temporary fix, although I know that is not ideal, but it seemed to work for the player.

EDIT: Merged threads

Fantastic! That's the kinda story we like to here. Glad it's sorted out for you
