[2021] [Missing Content]Article 5 Weapon Skin

Hello, I've done all situations and 3-starred them all. I will provide a screenshot of them below but, I've done Article 5 twice to make sure I wasn't losing my mind but, both times I sat through the cutscenes and still nothing. I've joined the discord and opened a chat with staff, but I haven't got a response.
