I'd first like to assure you that Ubi-Froggard is not high, we have a strict policy.

I appreciate that this is a frustrating issue. We are aware that this has become more prevalent since Operation Shadow Legacy and we're not denying it exists; we're simply trying to gather information from a player's perspective, to help us understand why it is happening.

Please keep in mind that the videos we request aren't to prove whether an issue exists. It is to help us understand under what conditions does it make an appearance.
