As of July 23rd's update my game began to stutter. Sometimes with drops on the framecounter, sometimes without.

Usually my FPS goes from 80 to 140. I've searched on r6fix and found something: https://r6fix.ubi.com/live-server/LI...uly_23_Update/

In one week I haven't heard of Ubi, the game doesn't want to run smooth even with updated graphics drivers and my load time after choosing an operator is insane. (Usually that one takes just 1s or less). This does break my gameplay and I couldn't deliver the performance I've wanted to.

InGame and on Reddit I've seen some players with the same issues.

In this week I've read something about a 100% CPU bug. Today I've found on r6fix the following site: https://r6fix.ubi.com/live-server/LI...o_see_TTS-54_/

That does sound like my problem, so I've checked my CPU usage: 100%

Different solutions came up:

1. reduce the number of CPU cores for Siege

https://twitter.com/thegodlynoob/sta...71299943559169

Won't work for me, because I only have 4 physical cores without hyper-threading.

2. reduce the FPS

Using VSync doesn't solve my problem. At least not on 60 FPS. 30 however doesn't trigger the CPU to max out, but playing on 30 FPS isn't enjoyable either.

I've took the advice from https://twitter.com/4spawn2play/stat...83575966470145 and limit the FPS with the nvidia Inspector to 60 FPS: problem gone.

@thegodlynoob's Twitter post is dated on the 5th of May - that's how long this problem exists. There are multiple reports on r6fix. This thing is seriosly going on for at least three month.

So Ubisoft, please:

- put up a list with temporary solutions and attach them onto r6fix and Ubisoft Support page so everybody can see that and apply that solution. Don't make people search in the blind for a bug that's around three month

- fix the problem

- show us some acknowledgement that we know you are aware of the problem and trying to fix it

Here is some post I've found as well: https://www.reddit.com/r/Rainbow6/co...peration_para/ .

Thank you.

post scriptum: I've tried to post that on reddit. This gotten deleted because it is a bug report and my work is done by posting it to r6fix. It took me a week to realize what bug that is, research the right bug report from month ago and try that solution. This is not a report I just want to get the workarounts out to the player. I've met so many players with that problem.

Please note that we introduced an FPS limiter in the .ini files that we reference in our 100% CPU usage blog.

1- UNINSTALL THE NVIDIA DRIVER COMPLETELY
2- UPDATE DE GPU DRIVER in WINDOWS 10 CONTROL PANNEL/DEVICE MANAGER OR format system and REINSTALL WINDOWS 10.
2- THE WINDOWS 10 DRIVER FOR THE GPU SOLVED IT ONCE AND FOR ALL.
3- The problema was the drivers downloaded from NVidia's site só DO NOT INSTALL GPU DRIVER FROM NVIDIA 'S SITE use Windows 10 driver.
Hey ComicsGuy1966,

It is great to hear you were able to find a solution. We would however always recommend ensure your graphics drivers are up to date using Nvidia or AMD, as well as this we would always recommend ensuring your operating system is up to date. Steps on how to do these can be found here.
