Hello the issue with the ubisoft drops/twitch has still not been fixed when are you guys gonna fix it for us??

it's over 2 years and still cant receive anything from twitch drop

Pls give me a normal answer and not copy pasted bulls***.

I'm getting annoyed by the fact that this issue has still not been fixed till this day.

Hey there.

I have checked your account and you do have the drops from the latest Siege event applied to your account so any issues with Twitch drops you were experiencing previously doesn't appear to be the case as of this latest event. It usually takes a couple of days after the event for the drops to be added to your inventory but if this doesn't happen please reach out to support directly. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. On suggestion I can think of would be to completely un-link then re-link your Ubisoft & Twitch accounts.
