The issue I'm dealing with has only recently started happening with in the past couple weeks and I've been playing siege for years. What happens is whenever i play with a mate in siege my game with always randomly freeze during games with audio tears but this only happens when I play with friends. I've tried deleting temp files, verifying game files but nothing has helped. I've tried to do a support ticket but whenever I get to the end of the submission it says "Chats are currently unavailable" and its said that for a while now and I don't know what else to do.

Hello @fedexyac0 thanks for also letting us know you have experienced crashes, but only when playing with friends or Discord.

Would you please take a look at our troubleshooting guide and run through all the steps listed?

If you are playing on PC, do you and your friend have the option to use voice chat through Steam, instead of Discord, if it is causing the game to crash?

Should these steps not resolve this issue for you, please let us know as there may be a few other things we can advise or we can create a support ticket for you to investigate this in further detail.

Hello @emperor_ethgat I am sorry to hear you may have experienced a crash also.

Can I ask you a few questions about your crash, to understand exactly what type of crash you experienced? There are several different types that can affect players and they can be caused by different things and may have different solutions >>
 
1. Did your computer do any of the following things? >
 
- PC restarted itself
- Game or launcher closed itself down
- PC displayed a certain coloured screen
- The game froze so you couldn't control anything
- Or any other strange behaviour not described?
 
2. When your game crashes, do you receive any kind of warning messages such as >
 
- Any error message from the game itself
- Windows error messages
- Any supporting software error messages
- Or did the game launcher ask you to send a crash report?

@nerdyturd13 Sorry to hear you're dealing with these crashes when you're running Discord. I would suggest running Discord with administrator privileges first to see if that helps.
