I was in ranked game and the mouse pointer got stuck on screen, i could shoot but i couldn't mooving the mouse. THIS NOT HAPPENING TO ME FOR FIRST TIME. I tried with shift and tab and alt and tab but nothing works. Then i tryed to restart game but the enemy team cancel the game because they was 4 too and i got 24 hours ban. (last times i got bans because the electrecity stoped in my city) After that i searched in the google about this problem and i realized that a lot of players had this glithch. It's happening the first round of the game and if you not restarting the game you can't moove your character. I want to say you that my pc is in good condition, my mouse is logiteck g103 and i have good keyboard everything with my setup is correct. Okay Ubisoft so my question is - why after 7 years of creating this game you still have this kind of issues? Now i can't playr competetive 24 hourse, because i got banned because of game glitch which you still dind't fix it 7 years after the game get live. 
Why you are so bad? Your uplay launcher is so slow and droping fps when we trying to using it, every time after i turn my pc into hybernate mode i have to login in uplay and choose my pc as trusted device again and again. Why you are so bad? I don't mean about only support team (because i know i will get answer on this theme after more than 24 hourse) i mean the developers, game mechanicks and more of this. That is why Siege are low played game and you keep losing players. I hope i get answer on this, Thank you about that i can't play the game 24 hourse and i hope you get better because the idea of the game is good but honestly YOU ARE BAD!

Hello @Miko251 I am very sorry to hear that your mouse became stuck whilst playing the game which resulted in you being unable to shoot, restarting the game, and then receiving a temporary ban.

I have looked into this issue and it was reported to us by players now and then for certain seasons, but was marked as resolved as of Year 6 Season 4, I am sorry to hear this has affected you in Season 7 too.

Did you have any other programs, game launchers or software open at the time when you lost functionality of the mouse such as the following programs >>

Full-screen Game Overlays - Overwolf / Geforce Experience
VoIP and Chat services - TeamSpeak / Mumble / Discord / Skype / Raptr
RGB controllers - Razer Synapse / SteelSeries Engine / Logitech G Hub
Overclocking Software - EVGA Precision X / MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner / ASUS GPU Tweak / ASUS Smart Doctor / Gamer OSD
Hardware monitoring - MSI Kombuster / Fraps
Streaming software - OBS, Xsplit Gamecaster
Peer to Peer software - BitTorrent / uTorrent
Cloud syncing - OneDrive
VPN LAN - Hamachi

Can you also tell us how often this has affected you in Season 7 so far? Or was this a one-off?

- What monitor, resolution/aspect ratio do you use?
- What version of Windows OS do you currently use?

Hello @miko251 thanks for getting back to me and thank you for letting me know the Geforce Experience overlay was possibly causing this issue, glad to hear this has seemingly resolved for you.

As for the  2-0x0000D00 error code you mentioned, unfortunately, this is something our players have contacted us about a lot in forums recently. We are currently investigating what is causing it.
