So I tried to link my old PS4 account to my PC, it seemed to work and it connected. But when I launched the game I didn't get anything from my PS4 account.
I wonder if it takes some time for it to process or if I need to do something else.

Unfortunately, if your accounts were not linked before December 6th, it is no longer possible to acquire old inventory as cross-progression items. In order to regain the items that you owned on PS4 before, you will need to reset the link to the Ubisoft account that it was linked to previously.
This is something our team will need to assist you with so please open a one-on-one support case with us so we can review your accounts and help you reset things to how they were before.
Please include your PlayStation username and the usernames of any Ubisoft accounts you have used aside from the one you use to open the case.
