Если так, то совершенно верно: при запуске игры в СТИМ создаётся новый аккаунт и прогресс с клиента не переносится в СТИМ. Если бесконечно висит меню загрузки ожидания выбора, присылайте нам багрепорт пожалуйста из игры об этом по CTRL+ALT+B
