Worst thing about it is you are not discreet, just running about teaming because you cant hack a solo game on your own 😠

I filed a ticket for teaming back in February, nobody has even looked at it yet, and I followed the steps you described now
The ticket was likely reviewed. Right now our policy with teamer reports does not involve following up about the outcome; the support team will take the action they find appropriate.
By following up on the outcome do you mean evidence?
By following up, I mean that the support team may take action but may also not notify you that they have taken action.
