Upon re-opening the game, was your content still gone? Have you previously linked your account to a Hi-Rez account?

Did you happen to upload this to Steam? I can't access a file on your own PC, but am curious to know what you're experiencing (don't have any context at the moment).

PC players cannot currently crossplay with PlayStation 4 players in Realm Royale. However, PC and Xbox One players are able to crossplay. The PC player can invite the Xbox One player on the Social tab by entering their Gamertag.

Sorry to hear you experienced this. If this issue persisted, please submit a support ticket at https://www.hirezstudios.com/submit-support-ticket/ and they will take a look to see what happened with your account. Usually when issues like this pop up, restarting the game can cause this to be fixed.

If you encounter someone using a cheat or hack, please submit a support ticket at https://www.hirezstudios.com/submit-support-ticket/. Include any and all relevant information. If you have evidence, that's really helpful for verifying the evidence. However, if a name or match information is all you have, that at least gives the support team somewhere to start looking. The in-game report feature also exists and is triggered if enough reports are sent against a specific player.

We will be bringing servers down briefly today to address a few issues. Expected downtime is less than one hour. Matches started prior to 3:30 PM ET can be finished, otherwise you won't be able to start matches until after servers are back online.

- Fixed an issue where players were not unlocking achievements after meeting the requirements.
- Players may still experiencing issues with the 20-Piece achievement. We should have a fix with our next patch.
- Progress for some achievements may need to be re-earned.

- Fixed an issue where having the exact number of Crowns to purchase an Item would prevent the user from purchasing it.
- Fixed an issue where some players would not be able to craft a Resurrection scroll while in parties.

Please note that we are still investigating additional issues and will message out when additional bug fixes are addressed.
