Check your anti-virus it might be giving a false posotive and blocking the game as a virus when it isn't.

In addition you can verify the game files to do this right click the game - properties - Local files - verify.

We will be releasing a hotfix patch Wednesday, January 30th at 7:00 AM ET!

Hotfix Changes:

• Addressed an issue where PlayStation 4 player invites were not being received properly.
  
  • "This will resolve most cases, but there may still be a few edge cases where issues may arise. We are continuing to investigate additional issues to resolve in future updates."
  
  
• Fixed an issue where players could not receive progress on the "Forge 10 Items" Quest.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where Keybinds would revert to Default after closing the client on Console and PC.
  
  
• The Burst Rifle has been added to the Standard Weapons Loot Table and will drop at all rarities.
  
  • "The Burst Rifle fires 3 shots at a time dealing moderate damage and is effective at medium to long range."

We are bringing servers down briefly around 6:00 PM ET to address an issue. Expecting minimal downtime.

Servers will be coming down for 5-10 minutes at 4:30 PM ET to implement a hotfix that addresses a few unintended weapons appearing in the Forge when using some talents.

We have been releasing quite a few hotfixes to address some known issues:

This Week:
- Players that played the PC version of the game prior to the Open Beta beginning on January 22nd, 2019 have received the Founding Forgers Title and Avatar.
- Fixed an issue where players could not receive progress on the "Forge 10 Items" Quest
- Fixed an issue where Keybinds would revert to Default after closing the client on Console and PC.
- The Burst Rifle has been added to the Standard Weapons Loot Table and will drop at all rarities.
- "The Burst Rifle fires 3 shots at a time dealing moderate damage and is effective at medium to long range."


Last Week:
- Fixed an issues where unintended weapons were coming from the Forge when some talents were selected.
- We have implemented a system that will reduce wait time in the Zeppelin once all players have entered a match.

Yes! Crossplay between Xbox and PC is active. On the social tab, click the option to type in your friend's name, then enter your friend's gamer tag into the box.

Realm Royale will be coming down to patch beginning at 6:30 AM EST on Wednesday, January 16th! Expected downtime is 3 hours, but we will post if this changes during maintenance!

Patch Notes will be released tomorrow morning.

We are working on a fix to remove the 4 Chicken Trophies Daily Quest. For now, you can reroll that quest by clicking the X on the right side of the quest list. As for the 200 Shards Daily Quest, this should be cumulative over multiple matches. Let me know if this Daily Quest isn't behaving this way.

Will there be lower graphics support?

• As Realm Royale has a giant map and supports games of 100 players, the graphics requirements for this game may be a little higher than some of our other titles. During the Alpha phase, we are focused on core gameplay mechanics rather than graphics support, but will continue to optimize Realm Royale to work on more PCs.

Is Realm Royale Coming to Mac?

• Mac is not on the agenda at the current time. With that said, it may come in the future.

Is first-person gameplay coming to Realm Royale?

• At this time we are focused on refining the third-person gameplay experience.
