- Can you post the video in our Discord channel please under Bug Reports please? This sounds like you were kicked from the server, but it's hard to know for sure until we can see it.

Thanks for putting this together! I'll add some notes/questions next to each so you are all aware of where we are at with them:
Off-center mount bug (any and all mounts affected, lasts entire game) - We're currently researching this one. We haven't been able to get reliable repro steps for it yet, but we'll continue to work on it.
Popping sound glitch (usually after being resurrected or resurrecting others, being in or near the fog) - We're actively working on a fix for this one now. We currently don't have a time frame for when a fix may be introduced, but it's a priority for our team.
Ghost bug (where a blue impression of your character stays on the screen partially blocking view, usually disappears but sometimes remains whole game intermittently) - This one is a bit odd, because we it seems to happen inconsistently and fairly rarely.
